Especially the last few years, we see that there is a growing number of people appreciating the North of Bali as a residential area. People take advantage of the relative low prices in the North to acquire beach villa properties at sizes where others can only dream about.

In 7 years we have build more then 60 beach villas in the North of Bali, ranging from 1000 square meter properties to large, 2 acre beach palaces. Not one of the beach villas we have built is the same; all of them have been designed in cooperation with the buyers.

On this section of the website we present some of the already build and sold villas, but we have plots available for you from 1000m2 (10 are) with around 30m beach frontage.
