The Lovina Villa in Pictures

The octagonal villa is situated on 1750 m2 of beach front property, the beach frontage is 55m, and the property is over 30 meters deep.

The main villa has a large covered terrace facing the pool and ocean. The spacious living has a semi open kitchen.

There are two bedrooms in the main villa (in total there are 4 bedrooms on the property), sharing a luxury bathroom with Jacuzzi bath tub. One of the bedrooms is currently in use as a gym.

In the living you find a large plasma TV screen, and all through the villa and garden there is a Hi-FI Bose sound system. The villa has a broadband internet satellite system, telephone, and satellite television.

Right behind the villa entrance is a carport, suitable for 3 cars, and a staff building.

In the garden there are two guesthouses of which one is facing the ocean.
