Ownership and Price of the Villa

The villa has a freehold title (Hak Milik) and is currently owned by a foreigner through an Indonesian name holder, one of the most common constructions to own property for foreigners in Indonesia. The contract that is used has been proven to work. The relationship with the name holder is better then perfect. You will be able to make a new contract with the current name holder (or use your own name holder) at no extra costs and this contract gives you all freehold rights. Of course if you are an Indonesian citizen you will not need a name holder.

All legal documents and permits are available for you to see and inspect, when you visit the villa.
